Prior to founding Eagle Point, Tom was a Managing Director and Head of CLO Banking, where he was responsible for all aspects of RBS's new-issue CLO platform. Prior to joining RBS, Tom was the U.S. country head at AMP Capital/AE Capital, where he was responsible for investing in credit, structured products and other private assets on behalf of several Australian investors. Prior to this, Tom was a Managing Director and head of CLO Banking at Merrill Lynch, where he successfully re-launched the business after several years of limited activity by the firm. Tom also has held leadership positions within CLO and/or securitization groups at JPMorgan, Bear Stearns and Arthur Andersen.
Tom is a Director of Eagle Point Credit Company (NYSE: ECC), Eagle Point Income Company (NYSE: EIC) and Marble Point Loan Financing (LSE: MPLF).
Tom has a B.S. in accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Dan was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the CLO structuring group. He was responsible for modeling the projected deal cash flows, negotiating deal terms with both debt and equity investors, and coordinating the rating process. In addition, he was responsible for exploring non-standard structuring initiatives such as financing trades with dynamic leverage, emerging market CBOs and European CLOs. Prior to joining the CLO structuring group, Dan managed BAML’s legacy CLO, TruPS CDO and ABS CDO portfolios. Prior to Bank of America’s merger with Merrill Lynch, Dan was an associate in Merrill Lynch's CDO structuring group, in the same division as Tom.
Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in finance and accounting.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Dan managed the Private Equity, Special Opportunities Credit and Real Estate allocations for the 1199SEIU Benefit and Pension Funds. With assets of over $9 billion, the 1199SEIU Funds are collectively among the largest Taft-Hartley plans in the US. Prior to 1199SEIU, Dan was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Bear Stearns focused on alternative asset managers. Prior to Bear Stearns, Dan was the co-founder and President of Structured Capital Partners, a financial holding company formed to invest in structured credit managers. Dan began his career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at JPMorgan, where he had coverage responsibility for many of the managers issuing transactions with the CLO group which Tom jointly led.
Dan earned a BA, summa cum laude, from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Columbia University.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Nate spent five years as a credit trader at Aristeia Capital. Prior to Aristeia, Nate was a credit trader at Luxor Capital. Previous roles include being a managing director in special situations at Jefferies, distressed credit trader at Citadel Securities and Citigroup and credit trader at Barclays.
Nate earned a BS in Mathematics from Colgate University.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Rob was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Oppenheimer & Co. where he was the Head of Specialty Finance investment banking. Prior to Oppenheimer, Rob had similar roles at Incapital, Amherst Pierpont and StormHarbour where he was the Head of Origination and FIG Capital Markets responsible for providing financing solutions to funds and financial institutions.
Rob joined Bear Stearns in 1992 and spent 17 years of his career there in numerous roles, most recently as a Managing Director Principal in the Strategic Finance Group covering financial institutions.
Rob earned a BA in Economics from Denison University.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Dan advised a broad array of market participants in structured finance transactions and other complex financings, often in a cross-border context, as well as in connection with derivatives while at leading financial service law firms in New York and North Carolina. Dan has also held positions advising banks, asset managers, investors and individuals regarding leveraged lending, bankruptcy, securities laws & regulation and public/OTC derivatives across numerous asset classes and jurisdictions.
Dan received his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, and his B.A., cum laude, from Stony Brook University. He is admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Patricia was a Junior Trader/Analyst on Citigroup’s CLO/CDO Secondary Trading Desk. In addition to trading across the CLO stack, Patricia managed all Bids Wanted in Competition (BWICs), customer and desk axes and the desk’s Profit & Loss on a daily basis. Prior to her year on the CLO Trading Desk, Patricia spent three years on Citi’s Structured Finance Desk in New York, including a six-month rotation in Hong Kong. She helped structure and execute complex debt issuances in the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Power & Energy sectors. Patricia’s responsibilities included extensive cash flow modeling and credit analysis, as well as performing due diligence and preparing investor marketing and rating agency materials.
Patricia graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Systems Engineering and a B.A. in Economics.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Anthony worked in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance at Morgan Stanley. He helped structure and execute LBOs, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and refinancings for Financial Institution and Media clients. His responsibilities included credit and capital structure analysis, preparation of marketing materials, and managing investor questions during syndication. Prior to joining Leveraged Finance, he worked in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley where he focused on portfolio construction and Asset Manager evaluation, due diligence, and reporting.
Anthony graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Sam was a Vice President at Good Hill Partners. In addition to helping manage Good Hill’s CLO portfolio, he executed trades, modeled cash flows, developed CLO valuation models and databases, and prepared market commentary for investors. Prior to Good Hill Partners, Sam was an Associate Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management where he focused on the CLO strategy. Sam also traded European RMBS, AT1 securities, and CDS Indices at MKP, including one year of international experience in London. Sam started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their FSR (Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate) practice.
Sam graduated from Villanova School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and a Masters of Accounting.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Joanne worked in Fund Finance at Macquarie. She helped structure and execute bespoke financing transactions for alternative asset managers including private equity, private credit, private real estate and hedge fund clients. Her responsibilities included fund and collateral due diligence, credit and capital structure analysis, legal documentation review and operational deal management. Prior to Macquarie, Joanne worked at J.P. Morgan in Equity Capital Markets where she helped market, structure and execute equity offerings for private and listed corporates.
Joanne earned a BA in Finance and a JD from the University of New South Wales.
Helen was an Associate with BNP Paribas’ Credit Structuring Team, specializing in CLOs. She was responsible for developing syndication strategies with CLO collateral managers and key investors, modeling and optimizing structures, projecting cash flows and negotiating deal terms with both debt and equity investors. Prior to joining BNP, Helen was a trader with Barclays Capital on CVA Trading desk, focusing on CDS index and index swaptions.
Helen graduated from Columbia University with B.S. in Financial Engineering.
Howon graduated from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University with a B.S. in Finance and Statistics.
Nouri graduated from both the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Statistics and a B.A. in Mathematics.
Ken joined Eagle Point from JPMorgan Alternative Investment Services where he was an Executive Director of Private Equity and Hedge Fund Administration. Previously, Ken was the Chief Financial Officer of Sailfish Capital and Financial Controller of Amaranth Advisors. Ken began his career as an Auditor with Coopers and Lybrand.
Ken holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Nauman obtained his J.D. (cum laude) from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in finance, marketing and operations and information management.
Kyle has a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers Business School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Lena was a Project Manager at Mariner Investment Group, where she supported the firm’s systems development and integration. Previously, Ms. Umnova was at JP Morgan Alternative Investment Services and Paloma Partners LLC where she was responsible for various administrative and accounting functions.
Lena has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Bridgeport University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Grodno State University, Belarus.
Before joining Eagle Point, Ms. Fandrick was a Senior Compliance Associate at Bridgewater Associates, LP and prior to that was a Compliance Associate at PanAgora Asset Management. Ms. Fandrick received her B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University and her MBA from University of Phoenix.
Taylor has a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.
